Loch Aweside Forest Park site is located near Dalavich on the NW shore of stunning Loch Awe, approximately 30 minutes from the west coast of Scotland.  This magical, mythical area is steeped in history and offers amazing scenery and tranquillity with an abundance of walks, cycle routes and places to visit and explore. The wildlife in the area is amongst the most abundant in the UK, with Osprey, Sea Eagle, Golden Eagle, Pine Marten, Red Squirrel, Red, Roe and Sika Deer and much more present. The loch itself, with its many islands, 5 castle ruins, cranogs and bays, is one of the prettiest, least spoiled in Scotland and offers legendary fishing (free of charge to cabin owners) and outstanding outdoor adventure.
